“Modern with Refined Vintage Influences”

Before & After

modern downtown

The vision for this high rise residence was refined downtown living with a dash of quirkiness. Softer tones of neutral colors not only bring a sophisticated aesthetic but also opens the space up and allows for unique touches and features to shine through. Vintage influences can be seen in the construction of the furniture as well as the bold yet discriminating accent choices. A blend of natural tones from wood grain and stone to textured treatments adorn the residence and provides the foundation for accents of vibrant and solid blues and yellows.

The wall paper textured master bedroom provides the background and framing for the entire room and creates a relaxing and calming atmosphere. The Venetian plaster walls in the living room and dining room are equally as relaxing and sets the tone for the entire space. Stainless steel details throughout the condo reflect the blue hues while espresso stained mahogany cabinets provide the contrast between the walnut oil-finished hardwood floors and beautiful stone counter tops. The elegant copper, blue and grey patterned tiles in the kitchen’s new back splash takes the vibrancy and intensity of the marble and hardwood and runs with it. Light dancing off of the metallic finish on the tiles provides a sheen that is striking from every angle and naturally amplifies the brightness in the kitchen.

Every carefully selected furnishing is designed to be comfortable, functional and chic. A perfect backdrop for entertaining a few friends or relaxing after a long day.
