Spaces Designed - Events

Spaces Designed will be part of the Austin Interior Design Home Tour on October 15, 2011! 

The Istre Residence in Westlake will be on the tour and we are excited to share this beautiful project with you.  Two living rooms, a dining room, a master bedroom and bath, a child’s bedroom, and a guest bedroom were refurnished and refinished in this three story ultra-modern style lake house.  Rooms that previously had a stripped-away industrial aesthetic were transformed into dynamic, but comfortable; and warm, but sleek spaces with softer, but still clean lines.  This was accomplished through bold artwork, a pin-tucked upholstered wall in the child’s room, curvilinear wall covering in the second floor living room, lush high-pile rugs in every space, efficient fixtures and elegant tile in the master bath, and the use of stylish but relaxed upholstered furniture, to name a few things!
